This is a beautifully restored property in a perfect location on Calle Crisologo. The rooms are designed to a very high standard and amenities provided are excellent.
The reception staff and the security staff were all very friendly. The staff in the Sky Bar were not as friendly and seemed as though we were a hindrance to them.
Breakfast was awful on the first day at Cafe Evelyn, as it was a buffet which was mainly cold by the time we got there at 9:30am. The second day we were allowed to order off the menu and the food was great.
Overall you can’t beat this hotel for location and a good standard of accommodation.

Fabulous hotel in a charming small city. We absolutely loved it. Wonderful staff, a very comfortable room and all in a great licarion. Utterly charming. We would love to have stayed for longer

This is a very nice Boutique hotel. Parking is available on site. Tree restaurant is excellent. Hotel is located right on the main cobble stone road where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a roof top lounge as well which is perfect for having an evening cocktail.

La Casa Blanca de Vigan has a very beautiful lobby and atrium, modern mixed with original Spanish architecture. The staff is very helpful and attentive. A bonus is the roof top bar with an infinity pool and view of the Cordillera Mountain Range.

We have a family of 5 so I booked 2 rooms from Dec 20th to Jan 4th, 2025 It’s my family first time visiting the Philippines and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, our rooms were clean and spacious, has a nice bar and swimming pool at the rooftop, my kids had a great time swimming, delicious breakfast in the morning was included. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place. I would stay here again. Hopefully in 2 years same time.

It appeared to be a Grand Hotel that had seen better days. Furniture was shabby in some places and repairs were made at minimal expense. Sometimes the only cleaned to the bare minimum when they did a room clean out

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place.

Cutest boutique hotel in the heart of old town Vigan city. We wish we could have stayed here longer because the service from the minute you drive up to the hotel front you are greeted warmly and welcomed in. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and clean. The 5 rooms I booked were all beautiful and my family loved that I found this cute hotel. Vigan is known for blackouts but the hotel has a generator so it did not interfere with our stay and our use of electricity. Only regret is we only stayed 1 night. We will definitely return and stay here longer!

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. Our room was on the second floor but it was wood. My suggestion is to put a non slippery rug or carpets in the stairwells. There’s are others that almost slip down the stairs.

The hotel is very nice , comfortable and clean, easy access from the room to the lobby.The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were well equipped with linens and toiletries.Every staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive.Easy walk to the shops, restaurants and plaza. Our room is superb, has toiletries, bath robes, beds are comfy, small fridge with complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee (with coffee maker), toilet has bidet. The entire staff are friendly from front office (shout out to Kyla) bell boy and our driver CJ. Also the guards always greet us with smile. Deck pool is good with the view of the mountains. We were the only ones in the pool so we enjoyed it a lot with a complimentary orange juice drink ( not cocktails) which is nice and refreshing. Btw the pool is not heated so go there in the afternoon. You will enjoy your stay with this grand hotel, oh it includes complimentary breakfast.
