1. LATEST RAPID TEST OR SWAP TEST CERTIFICATE WITH NEGATIVE RESULT FROM ANY AUTHORIZED MEDICAL INSTITUTION WITH 14 DAYS VALIDITY FROM THE DATE OF RESULT.
2. SCAN COPY OF VALID ID / PASSPORT.
3. CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY FROM YOUR PREVIOUS ACCOMMODATION - (IF POSSIBLE)
