Our family had spent an overnight stay in this hotel to celebrate Mother's day. We booked 2 suite rooms for a family of 5 adults + 1 child - Suite 1 for 2 pax and Suite 2 for 3 pax. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is accessible to almost all means of transportation. Upon entry, you will be greeted by their courteous and friendly staff. We checked in an hour early with no hassle. We hoped to have a 2 bedroom suite but the hotel does not have it, instead we were given connecting rooms which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious but had a bit of a dusty feel. The orientation of the entrance door to the Suite 2 room was a bit awkward as well as the curtain appeared have been unchanged for quite a while. There were dirt and dusts underneath the bed, which we by the way have found out as we had opted to combine the single and double beds to make it into a larger bed. The bed, sheets, and pillows are okay but a better set of linen would make it more comfortable. Each bathroom has a bath tub, which is great but would really prefer a shower as it could be too dangerous to stand on it while bathing especially if you are travelling with old folks. The room is equipped with nice set of television, mini ref, hair blower, usb cables for charging, safe, cabinet, and a two - sitter dining set. Surprisingly, the hotel managed to built an indoor pool area which brings a plus factor especially if you have kids but a little renovation may be needed. I like how the lobby and the restaurant on the ground floor were designed. It really brings out the hotel's concept with their wall displays and interiors. The food was great and the servings are just so right for a hungry tummy :) Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet - just need to add more staff. But overall, it was a well spent weekend celebration. Thanks to your wonderful staff! :)
