Guests coming from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport only need to drive an additional 14 minutes to get to the hotel. It’s a four-minute drive from the Del Carmen Bus Terminal. Those coming from the EDSA LRT Station have an additional eight-minute drive ahead of them to get to the property.
The 363 rooms at the hotel are divided into nine types: the Club Twin, the Club King, the Hyatt Deluxe Twin, the Hyatt Deluxe King, the Hyatt Twin, the Hyatt King, the Bay View Deluxe, the Aqua Suite, and the Hyatt Pool Villa. All rooms have air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi, as well as a television set with cable channels. A minibar, coffee maker, and in-room safe are also present.
