Horizon Hotel is a three-star property located in the Subic Freeport Zone. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from the city’s most famous spots such as beaches, commercial centers, restaurants, bars, and tourist areas. Here, guests can enjoy modern comforts and personalized services at the heart of it all.

Checked-in guests can choose from the hotel’s 60 rooms which are divided into six room types: the Standard, the Deluxe, the Business, the Family Economy, the Family, and the Family VIP. The property even has drive-in lofts, which come with private parking, for those who are in need of a quick layover. Guests can also choose the Custom Stay option, wherein the hotel will customize the room according to special requests and preferences. This option is great for those planning proposals and other special occasions. All room types come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, a television with cable, a coffee table, a seating area, a personal refrigerator, and an electronic safe. The en suite bathrooms come with a hot and cold shower, and a complimentary set of toiletries. Guests have access to free WiFi in all rooms and select areas of the hotel. Room service and daily housekeeping is available.

Guests can feast on a selection of authentic Korean dishes in the hotel’s in-house restaurant. Breakfast is served from 6am to 930am, while the lunch and dinner menu is available for 24 hours.

During their stay, guests can request for massage services. Tours can be arranged with the help of the front desk staff.

The Clark International Airport is an hour and 10 minutes away by car, while the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is three hours and 20 minutes away.

Breakfast time start from 06:00 until 09:30.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-Out time is 12:00nn. Extension per hour will have an additional charge of php 200.00. Extension is subject to room’s availability. Please inform the Front Office ahead of standard check out time.
• Check-In time is 2:00pm.
• The complimentary breakfast is from 6am until 9:30am. For dine in only and no take out.
• If you like your rooms to be made up please inform the Front Desk prior to departing for the day.
• Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and hand/ bath towel is done on the second day of stay. Extra pillow, towels, soap and shampoo will incur a corresponding charge.
• Please turn over key at Front Desk before departing the hotel. Lost key will be charged at Php 500.00 per piece.
• For your own protection, your visitors will be required to register at the Reception Area and will be given temporary access pass prior their in the Hotel premises. Visiting hours is permitted until 12:00 midnight.
• If you have a guest that wish to stay beyond 12:00am, they must change their registry status at the front office from “Visitor” to “Hotel Guest” and pay the corresponding charges accordingly.
• Our room is equipped with smoke detector device, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the rooms. Please smoke only in designated areas.
• Personal sized music players are allowed provided that its use and volume is set within the confines of your room. Amplified sound equipment is not allowed inside and outside the rooms.
• Cooked food, marinated and processed food is not allowed inside the hotel rooms.
• Alcoholic drinks are subject to the standard Corkage Fees.
• Rice cooker, Gas stoves, butane stoves and any other form of stoves are strictly not allowed.
• Should you wish to order for a room service with the Hotel Restaurant, please note of the 10% Service charge on top of the bill.
• Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
• Before or at designated Check-out time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be charged to guest account. Please allow 20 minutes check out time to facilitate
• Items on loan from Front Desk shall be returned upon checkout to avoid a replacement charged to guest account. Lost Aircon Remote will be charged php 1500 and TV Control will be charged php700.00
• The guest ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling of Horizon Hotel premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest. Stained Linens shall be charges accordingly as well.
• The Hotel cannot be held liable for any lost personal valuables inside the rooms.
• Please do not remove towels from your room.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse entry of any person and reserves the right to request to leave the hotel grounds in the event of violation of the Horizon Hotel Regulation.
