Airport transfer is upon request and payable at the hotel upon check-in.
Early check-in is subject to room availability upon check-in with a fee of Php650.00 per room.
Late check-out request. Guest can be accommodated until 2PM only with a fee of Php650.00 per room. If guest will stay beyond 2PM, guest will be charged for another roomnight stay.
Luggage fee: Php50.00. Luggage can be stored until 11:59PM only.
Extra Person Fee: Php650.00/person/roomnight. No extra bed will be provided
Indulge in a worry-free stay as the hotel strictly implements its Circle of Clean protocols to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. Bookings may only be permitted for government-mandated purposes.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guest entry and accommodation if the purpose of travel is for leisure or considered non-essential. As required by the Local Government Unit (LGU), guests are required to comply with in-house health and safety measures, and to present travel documents upon check in.
Travel documents to be presented upon check-in include but not limited to:
1. Health Declaration Form
2. Travel Pass
3. Certificate of Employment
4. Others - as required by LGUs - example: health certificate, letter of acceptance
As per Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002:
1. Only single to double room occupancy is allowed.
2. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in double or twin occupancy rooms.
Please note that proof of residency or relationship may be requested upon check-in.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made for more than 24-hours prior to check-in will not be penalized; otherwise, booking will be forfeited as no show.
*Returning residents under quarantine and guests waiting for their RT-PCR test results are required to avail packages with full board meals.
NOTE: Please bear with us but we do not offer airport pick up at the moment. Alternatively, you may seek assistance to the Department of Tourism (DOT) kiosk available at the Airport - Arrival Area for your transportation going to the hotel. Moreover, food deliveries are not allowed. With regards to the luggage assistance upon arrival to the hotel - we are currently implementing a strict "no luggage assistance" for non-senior and non-PWD guests. Guests are required to bring their own luggages upon entering the hotel until they reach their designated rooms.
