My room order was not what I paid for, I felt I was given a standard room because the room size was small and the bed I asked for was king size but he was given a twin bed, and the hotel required me to increase the room fee if I wanted to get a room with a king size bed , and asked too many questions about my purpose of staying there until I had to show my company ID, they reasoned that they didn't allow me to stay for leisure purposes, I accepted that reason because of the pandemic situation and my goal was to have a meeting with my friends, and they didn't allow visits for other guests besides those who stayed at the hotel for a short time they immediately called to my room and gave only a few minutes for my friend to be there, even though we were only 3 and there was no purpose for a party or anything that violated the hotel provisions during the pandemic , but I saw when I entered the room that s I upgraded, the next room was messy like a party with lots of glasses and bottles of wine and there were some guests who brought their children to stay at the hotel, I asked if children were allowed to stay overnight and they said they weren't allowed then what I saw just now, I asked again, and they said it might be the manager on duty, okay I accepted their answer, but in the morning I saw the same person bringing another child who might be 2 years old breakfast and ordering food like other guests, besides that there was also another guest who brought a child maybe around 8 years old had breakfast too. in essence I don't like their service as if I don't pay, for a star hotel, but their service is not honest and differentiates hotel guests. and also the room given was dirty and dusty. very disappointing
