Had a great time at Casita Ysabel! One of the best places where you can capture a stunning Batangas sunset! The staff are very friendly. Parking was challenging but the kuyas were there to assist. Internet was fast so I got to work at night. Good food but had very limited options and a little bit pricey.

Food was pricey but its good. Staffs were very friendly esp the one serving in the dining area. Our room was clean however the fans were really dusty and the aircon was too loud. The small pools were not that clean. Overall, our stay was still satisfactorily relaxing because of its ambiance. If you’re looking for a place to just relax (not swim by the beach ‘cause it has lots of irregularly shaped rocks) then I’d recommend this resort. Commendable: the resort is built with PWD friendly ramps however, the admin seemed suspicious in giving us a PWD discount for the meals of one family member despite presenting an ID. They even asked specifically what diagnosis our family member has which was totally unecessary (for patient’s privacy)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place is very much relaxing. It's a bit too rocky though (beach) and the driveway too narrow. But other than that, everything is fine.

The ambiance at katrina room was ok but the mosquitos in our room was so disturbing. the staff was ok but the manager of the resort won't allow food to bring inside, they want us to order their own food which was so pricey. They offer us 450 per plate where in fact their price is equivalent to buffet service at the nearby resort and their bathroom and toilet runs out of water. You'll wait a thousand years for the toilet to refill its flush water. Shower is working only if theres no one using the shower at the other room below us.

The place was good, the view was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, we arrived at 3pm and they said the room will be available around 4:30pm. Previous guests are still there. Their cook is only available until 4pm. Staff weren't friendly.

The resort ambiance was amazing as well as the reefs in front of the resort. But that’s it. They didn't have menu, you only have two choices for food like bangus or tocino for breakfast and for dinner chicken or fish dory -its php400 per meal by the way. You cant even order anything in the middle of the day or any brunch if ever you didn't tell them what you wanted to eat during a certain mealtime they have scheduled for you. You can't even order extra food if again you didn't tell them beforehand what you want to eat during their scheduled lunch or dinner. No drink you could order except glass of wine for 220each or a bottle for a thousand each. On NYE, I had to borrow bigger glass so I could pour more water in it to avoid going back and forth many times just to get water from the dispenser. But they had to replace it with a regular glass cause owner advised so haha it was quite ridiculous. Maybe I'm just really used to services of better hotels and resorts as it has been my job to accredit them. Anyway, some staff are very kind like Kuya Mar. If you go here, just call the resort first to set expectation for meals and other things you may require for more comfortable stay and less hassle for you. Also, the room my family got seems different from the pictures- it's smaller in person. But the room I got was the same as posted here.
