Dear Valued Guests, Greetings from Astoria Plaza! As a BOQ-accredited facility for mandatory quarantine, please be informed that we shall accommodate only the following: 1. Distressed OFWs who are eligible to avail of accommodation assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) pursuant to relevant OWWA guidelines and issuances. 2. Seafarers for quarantine 3. Balikbayan for quarantine For passengers arriving in Manila starting February 04, 2021 and onwards, we encourage you to hold a confirmed booking at a hotel accredited by Tourism and Health Agencies, and for at least 7 nights to accommodate the schedule of your test and the release of results. In compliance with Philippine regulations, only one person is allowed per room. A waiver for special cases is available upon arrival for exemptions of more than 1 adult in a room (e.g., person with non-COVID-19 medical conditions needing assistance, or an adult acting as guardian of minor, etc.). Kindly bring documents such as Company I.D, seaman's book, plane ticket copy, and Booking Confirmation upon check in. To combat the ongoing global Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 health outbreak, The Astoria Group will be implementing strict measures in the interest of public safety. All guests will be subjected to a thermal device inspection before entering the hotel/resort. Strictly NO FACE SHIELD, NO MASK NO ENTRY. Sanitation protocols are also being strictly implemented to help and protect the safety and health of our guests and colleagues: • Exclusive entry to the hotel of registered guests (visitors are not permitted in under the NEW NORMAL) • Social distancing in elevators, Front Desk and lobby • Use of protective essentials by hotel personnel • No deliveries from outside the hotel & no sending out deliveries. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. • For QUARANTINE BOOKINGS, guests are not allowed to go outside their room. Also, in compliance with the Department of Tourism's Health and Safety Guidelines Governing the Operations of Accommodation Establishments under the New Normal, ALL GUESTS MUST COMPLETE A HEALTH DECLARATION FORM UPON CHECK-IN OR AT MOST ONE (1) DAY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Form filled-up beyond that period is INVALID. Health Declaration Form will be sent to you 3 days before check-in date. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised of the updated quarantine policies by the government : • All guests from Green and Yellow countries (except Bermuda which is currently on Red Flag) with FULL VACCINATION will have - 5 NIGHTS, 6 DAYS hotel quarantine. • All guests from Green and Yellow countries WITHOUT OR INCOMPLETE VACCINATION are subject to 8 DAYS, 7 NIGHTS hotel quarantine. In line with this, please be informed that we will be implementing a minimum of 7 nights stay (instead of 9 nights) until December 31, 2021. Also, we would like to re-iterate that we are only accepting guests for quarantine purposes for both Astoria Plaza and Astoria Greenbelt.
