All I can say is that this is a hotel with a heart. 💗. From the facade, reception, receiving area, rooms, roof deck, everything is clean, organized and well maintained. So family-friendly. Everyone is friendly. Best 3-star hotel we've been so far. Can't wait to go back.

We were three and the room was spacious enough specially the beds. The coordinator was responsive.

There was no permanent front desk personnel and their room key card system was also broken so you need to wait for the receptionist to come up in order for your room to be opened in case you went outside. But kudos for their friendly staff.

It was a bit hard to find the location because it's mystery hotel. But once I arrived, everything was good. The staffs were really nice and helpful.
