No internet no telephone and the service is very poor

When I first got into the room, it was so different from the pictures on its website. I felt that was not uncomfortable for me.

The room is very dirty most of all, the bathroom. It smells. It was like they don't have cleaning team at all. Worst experience.

the trash bin is full of garbage already, when we arrived, lighting is too dark.
