This is the messiest unit we ever had. No wonder bakit may insect killer because we're seeing cockroaches. Owner was advise that we're unable to cook but her property caretaker says yes. I don't know and I don't have any idea bakitnya pinagdamot :( no heater, no light at room, no basic toiletries even tissue man lang😒 but good thing, the aircon is working😂 also, property caretaker ask for the additional charge of p250 (parking fee daw) when we get there, she accommodate our slot (talk with kuya guard) una palang alam nya na yung slot number which b3-047. And I am aware that every unit owner (some ofthem) has parking slot. But when we go upstairs she ask for 250. When we check-out. I ask kuya guard if that's pay parking and he said nope. It's unit owner's slot so it's free. In-short na budol budol kami ni ate pero ok lang mabait naman sya. Very responsive. But still a big no for me. Take note: p200 lang daw yung pay parking dun😒 the room is very simple. Doesnt even have comforter. Sabi ni caretaker, maganda talaga sa azure depende lang sa owner pano magpabongga ng unit. Which is true.

The place is excellent but the treatment from the owner was horrible. I guess not even a 5 star hotel owner would treat their tenant like a garbage. I don't recommend this specific unit but any unit within Azure is good!
