Hotel is a bit old and bathroom fixtures and sofa needs updating or replacement but overall a good option for a comfortable and safe space to stay in Baguio. Spacious room with a big ref, microwave and induction stove. They have parking spaces. Located near Teachers Camp. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We have stayed in Baguio for 3d2n and I get to book this hotel few weeks prior not realizing it's a holiday and Baguio was jampacked. We loved the place because its quaint and quiet, away from the bustling crowd but still close to city proper. They have their own restaurant, The Cozy Lodge, so getting hungry is not a problem. There is also a building next to hotel with lots of amenities and food choices you can explore when you get bored at the hotel. We stayed in one of their econo rooms, though the room is small for three people with shared bathroom and no tv, I might stay again in this place when I visit Baguio because the place reminds me more of Sagada. The premium room my friends occupied is located at the basement and with kids roaming around on the upper floor, they can still hear it downstairs. So if you are sensitive to noise, watch out. Also, on a busy day, it's very hard to find a taxi or book one going to and from the hotel because most of the taxi driver said it's traffic going to Leonard Wood Road maybe because it's near other tourist attractions like Camp John Hay, The Mansion and Teacher's Camp.

The room was clean. The pillowcases, towels and bed sheet were clean and fresh. They accommodated us nicely.

1. It was too costly for a room that only offer a bed space. 2. The ambiance was too dark. 3. No basic amenities were not offered. 4. No housekeeping service available to check and clean our rooms. 5. No warm water was available considering we are in a cold location. 6. The whole place smell fishy. Maybe no proper exhaust system was provided. 7. Their blanket provided was not suitable for the cold weather was too thin and so cheap!!! 8. The comfort room was a big bad!! 9. They were charging us 50php For the towels?
