Ang panghi ng CR. We even had to throw shampoo all over the comfort room just for the smell to be removed. Do you know what's even sad? We even requested to have someone clean it, the smell did not go away. only to find out, it's the comfort room's walls.

Everything was okay except lubog yung bed. And Unit owner did not communicate with unit caretaker regarding the booking prior to reserved date which created a bit of confusion. other than that. super accomodating naman

PROS: - Unit has wifi, ref, TV, overlooking balcony, and cooking area and utensils. CONS: 1. Sketchy entrance to the unit, guards at the Grass Residences are strict, asking several questions when you enter the compound and the building. We sent our personal docs in advance, yet we had to enter the building as if we need to hide from the authorities. "Kunwari ikaw si ganito, Ma'am. Sabihin mo bisita ka, wag booking." I don't care if it's the building that's too strict or our booking wasn't processed properly, since we were paid guests, we should not have experienced the hassle. 2. The unit has no touch of hospitality. For the price that I paid, I was expecting at least some towels, enough blankets or kahit tissue man lang. Instead, we arrived at a unit with roaches on the refrigerator and a poop-stained toilet. They didn't even bother to invest in good furniture (sakit sa likod ng sofa bed) or bed sheets. 3. They charge too much for a unit with one-queen bed and a sofa bed (endorsed as two-bedroom on their booking pages), which they said is good for 5 people. We were only 4 and we were squeezing ourselves come night time. 4. You also have to pay for the amenities aside from your booking fee (I think this goes for all who book at the building, they have separate pools for tenants and guests). I had to wait for permits before my family could go to the pool, which they should've processed this before we came in, hassle kasi mag-antay ng go signal. 5. Our security deposit wasn't returned right away and not even in cash. Usually, when I book from other guest houses, I receive my sec deposit in an envelope with my name on it. Yet, I had to provide my acct number to the broker to receive my security deposit back. But why tho? 'Cause they're not supposed to use our security deposit for anything except for any damages we made in the unit upon checking out right? But yea, they returned it naman, but imagine the stress of negotiating for them to give it back before we leave because they wanted to return it after 2 hrs pa when it should've been automatically given to us. I'm sorry owner for this review, but I recommend that you stop hosting guests anymore if you continue this kind of service unless you're willing to improve this. Overall, our stay was really uncomfortable and traumatic even. All throughout our stay, I wished I booked somewhere else.

Sorry but the price we paid for the unit is not appropriate to what we expected. No towels, no toilet tissues, television is not functioning well.
