Every time came to JB we used to stayed in this hotel. Nice staff, clean and most importantly is strategic location near to JB city square and komtar mall and JB central 🫶.

Wow! Very nice hotel and very convenient place to move around jb central Area. Also it is very close to jb cIQ and sg custom! I like this place very much and hopefully will come back to stay again soon!

Registration at the Fives Hotel was a breeze and the service counter receptionist was polite and we were lucky to be able to check-in early. Our luggage was safe with the hotel and security was good. The location of the hotel was great as it was directly opposite Komtar and less than a few mins walk to Citysquare. The best part was near to Haidilao and a pub with live band. The hotel room was clean and the toilet was good too. The breakfast food may not have a wide variety but was sufficient and nice. The service as the hotel was great, I hope to return back with my friends next trip to JB.

Need to wait until 4pm to check in because the previous customer check out late at 2pm. They shouldnt have allowed it as we suppose to check in at 3pm. No compensation whatsoever from the hotel.
