When I first arrived I was late, because this hotel didn't have a board in the front area. I was really happy when I found out that the hotel was new and still having a soft opening. You can't choose the wrong one, because the location is strategic near Ramayana Mall and the city is really close, so everywhere is close. There is a food court to the left of the hotel, where the food is recommended. The staff was very friendly, asked for a new mat and immediately got a replacement mat which turned out to be so new that I forgot to take the label hehe. The WiFi is fast, the AC is cold, the hot water is also good. Next, if you go to Sidoarjo, you won't be confused about looking for a hotel. Maybe in the future you will need to add hangers to put clothes on.

Message for owner: I like the strategic location. This was my second stay in 3 months. Please add lighting above the reception counter. It's very inconvenient to check-in during the night.- Get a thicker pillow, please. Your pillow quality is usually found in boarding places. Have more power outlets in each bedroom. One is not enough in this day and age. Place anti-slip strips in the bathroom before guests sue you due to the slippery floor. Place a mirror and small shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries. Get a supervisor that stays in-house to train the staff. It is not fair for the staff to work on their own and take all the blame. Have sajadah, sarong available for guests. Put up a qibla direction on the ceiling of each room. I don't know what Ziri Hotels Group has done to you but the sooner the facilities and service improves, the better. Thank you.

Strategic location. I'm guest No. 9 since they're yet to officially open. Everything is good EXCEPT the noise from the road (street racer with loud exhaust) which can be heard even though I was in the room with the door closed and the room is at the back end. I wish they have thicker pillow because the current one makes you feel like you're in kost-kostan. Will stay here again because of the convenient location.

Thank you to zester hotel, I really enjoyed staying for 3 nights. The service is very friendly, the place is clean, the rooms match the picture, the bathroom is clean, the place is quiet and not noisy, it's worth it for couples who come on holiday.

The hotel is new, comfortable, and the price is easy on the pocket, only the checkout time is less than 30 minutes in Tokyo to be warned, so that when it's time to check out it won't be automatically locked.
