I stayed at 2N3D, first of all a little disappointed that the check-in wait was too long and the receptionist who offered to escort other guests and me behind waited very long. Second, breakfast on the first day so much food was empty and to wait for the egg section more than 15 minutes, the chef said to come back in 5 minutes. And my food was not finished and I had to wait again until it was finished. Breakfast day 2, very disappointed as there was an event and dining area was full and I found hair in the tea. And the food was very bad. But, I was very impressed and had a great experience for the house keeping who is very helpful, friendly, sorry I forgot his name, is Satryo. He gave the best service. Actually the room was nice and clean.
