The place is clean and the room price is cheap considering its location which is within walking distance from kuta beach. however the access road is very narrow, not suitable for visitors who drive rented car. parking is very limited.

Staff quite friendly, breakfast was delicious, but comfort less because the next room rowdy and sounded loud enough 😔

This is a gem in the middle of Kuta!
The room was nice and clean, nice outside area with breakfast served at your room.
Breakfast was good, but not too big.
At night, it was really calm, although the home stay was right in the centre of Kuta, so lots of bars and clubs nearby. Kuta beach is also only a 5 minute walk away.
They sell water an other drinks for good prices and even helped us in copying documents for the immigration office.
I would always stay here again, we really felt at home.
