We decided to go and ask the villa to clean our room again, clean the dirty bathroom and clean the many dusty fans, but the villa's answer was 'we have a lot of work and no one else'. Wow that answer made us very disappointed with the sun's villa service, even though we came all the way from Palembang, and paid rent for a room that was not cheap but the service was zero. In traveloka, villa guests get free breakfast facilities, but when asked when the morning cook is going home so that all visitors to the villa do not get breakfast and there is no compensation whatsoever. Please ask the villa to provide updated conditions to Traveloka so that no party is deceived again by the facility that is said to be available but in fact does not exist. in terms of view, this villa is indeed good, but it would be better if the service to its guests is directly proportional to the existing view. Update, the second day at the villa has breakfast, but there is no wifi as stated in the villa facilities.
