- Room cleanliness is very satisfying, room facilities include safe deposit box, hot water, AC, TV, etc. - Friendly employee service, receptionist, security, staff are very welcoming. - Location is very close to the old city and business center. During my 2 week stay at Twins Hotel, it was very satisfying in terms of service, facilities, very affordable prices. #Recommended 👍.

Just came in, went straight out, the room was scary, there was no TV. It is thought that there is a 50% return, there is still no mystical proof. The receptionist is good but we don't have proof 🙏

Rooms not good, they are not provide water in room, breakfast not good. Lift switch not working properly. But staff friendly. Overall not good stay.

The receptionist is friendly, the facilities are decent because the hotel price is cheap, it is close to the Jakarta Kota station and in front of the hotel there is a Transjakarta bus stop
