GOOD to KNOW CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT? We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival/departure times. Usually that only happens a day or two before. But we'll note your request & always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out. IS THE VILLA ACTUALLY LIKE IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES? Yes! It's a beautiful and relaxing space, stylishly decorated & well equipped with everything you could need. IS THE VILLA CHILD FRIENDLY/SAFE? Absolutely. We have many guests who are families with children, and they love the Tropical Engagement Space at courtyard. CAN YOU OFFER BREAKFAST? We used to provide breakfast, but stopped because of lack of demand - Batu today a gourmet culineray & most guests want to try the abundance of great cafes & restaurants locally. We provide information at Tropical Guide Book as attachment (if needed). If you want to eat at home but don't want to cook yourself, ‘GO-JEK – GO Food & GRAB Food' is a great apps which gets food delivered to the villa door from hundreds of restaurants locally. You can used GPS Villa "Tropical Batu Villa" for daily needs about the location. WE WANT TO COOK AT THE VILLA. IS THE KITCHEN ANY GOOD, AND WHERE ARE LOCAL SUPERMARKETS? The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a 2-ring gas hob, family-sized fridge/freezer, rice-cooker, pots, pans, cook's knives, and all utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar and filtered water are complimentary. There's Traditional Market arround 4 km, and also Key Account National - Modern Trade is Hypermart at Batu Town Square arround 2.1 km. IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED? 100% Yes! We take cleanliness very seriously & we're proud of our 5* cleanliness rating. There’s no mould, spider webs, cockroaches, ants nests or anything like this. Co-Host (Pak Yasin) cleans everything on the day of your arrival, and then 6 days/week after that. The Tropical Rules : Tropical Boutique Villa is located in a Privat Residential Area. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Quiet times are from 22:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Check in 2:30 PM / Check Out 12:00 PM (Noon). Please be mindful and keep the house clean, take good care of all appliances. At time of check out the Villa should be left the same way as when you checked in. The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment. There are strictly no parties, no drugs, no loud unruly behaviour or the likes tolerated in this villa. We want you to have a pleasant stay!
