After staying for the umpteenth time at Palace Inn, I want to give another review, that all services are very good, cleanliness is also very good, every time I go to Medan I always stay here... it's just that the TV service is still lacking...

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes eg "bika ambon" (Zulaikha)/"bolu" (Meranti).
Car park is available with security.
However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

When you enter the room, the door might not open, the battery is said to be out of battery... I swear I don't understand, going back and forth down, only the door won't open... room number 205, if not, it's wrong... please pay more attention to whether the room is in good condition before leaving. use it...cook if you want to chat when you enter, you have to report to the receptionist. The staff is very friendly, privacy is very well maintained because to enter the elevator you have to go through a security door that can only be opened if you have a card, and there is a vegetarian restaurant that is very delicious, even my 4 year old child likes the cap cai.
