Everything was great! The minus just the bathroom so opened from the outside, and I found a person in there :) Please make it can be closed from inside.

All rooms and facilities including private pool are all excellent. However the breakfast menu needs a lot of upgrading. They only provide fried rice which doesn't taste good and the side dish is very humble.

Overall, a pleasant stay! (-) 1. The access from the main road to the villa can be troublesome as it was very small and dark. Would not recommend to stay here if you are not renting a car. 2. The cleanliness and hygiene can be improved as we found stain in our bed sheet and cigarette in our bath room. (+) 1. Serene and peaceful surrounding, very relaxing. 2. Spacious and have a complete amenities including glass, stove, fridge and water dispenser. 3. There is a beautiful rice field that you can visit by renting a bicycle with an amazing sunset view. 4. Bed was very comfortable and provide a good night sleep. 5. Design of the vila is very beautiful!

- access to the villa is narrow, be careful if you bring a private vehicle. - friendly staff. - nice villa, complete facilities, spacious. Bad experience. - TV doesn't have channels, so I connect to gadgets. - hot water is inconsistent, more cold. - bathtub, the drain hole can't be opened, have to call the staff, pry it out with a knife 🤣. - breakfast is delivered to the room but including noon at 8 it's just delivered, the portions are small, the taste is ordinary. - private pool lots of tadpoles. - wifi sometimes disconnects

Very happy to stay here. The villa is comfortable, the staff is helpful. To find the location, you have to go through a small road first, but until the property doesn't disappoint.

The service is friendly, the rooms are also good overall but the attitude of how to serve guests online is really lacking and I also don't know why the room smells so bad from the toilet to the room, so I have to buy my own room freshener.

+: spacious room, OK TV (Netflix and Youtube) -: bad breakfast, no choice (day 1 fried rice (no egg/chicken topping or anything + crackers + fruit, day 2 is the same, only replaced with fried noodles) , there is no taste, it can only be sent at 8, and even then it is already cold). Stayed 2 days on the second day the room was not cleaned, drinking water was not refilled, asked for help to throw away the trash in the room because the trash can was full, instead I just gave a trash can without taking out the trash, the breakfast used on the first day was just cleaned when I was going to check out; When you first arrived and when you returned to the villa after leaving outside there was always staff in the lobby but never helped with parking even though the parking lot was quite narrow; In the application it is listed as 4 stars but it seems that it is only in the same class as 2 stars. Sorry to say, very not recommended
