I really enjoyed my 4 nights here, awesome and spacious room, clean bathroom with nice towel. The staffs were very nice, especially Mr. Muamar Khadafi, he’s very helpful and friendly. The foods were also delicious and they gave me what I wanted. Next time when I come back to Belitung, I’ll definitely stay here again.

the room is very big, very nice, very clean and the view are great. we took ocean view for our room. it is a very pleasant experience with swiss belresort belitung we sure will come to this hotel again

The hotel room was good, but so sad when I got the trouble with electrical key, fortunately I don't think it serious matter, because the guy repaired it soon. The pool was good after maintenance 👍. The access to capital is quite far, maybe you need own vehicle to go somewhere.

Nice and comfy. Great ocean view. Floor was a bit dusty but I requested a cleaning service and mopped it myself. Heat and cold water worked as well. Breakfast was OK

The hotel environment was beautiful, the room is clean and nicely furnished. Staffs friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast need more varieties menu, the foods delicious but I see one or two flies flew when I want to take the foods. On our last stay, my kid so happy that the fried rice was not spicy, he eat 2 plates hahahaha. He was not much a bread fans, so I really thank you the restaurant has made some adjustment, keep up improving please. The pool nice, but a lot of the pool's ceramics were broken. The hotel so near to the island-hopping activities, we could see the light house in front of the pool. The morning and afternoon's view is very beautiful. Overall, Swiss-Bel resort still one of the nice hotels to stay when you are in Belitung. Thank you for making my stays memorable.
