Just stayed at the apartment for the first time and it was an unpleasant stay. 1. When checking in, the check-in procedure is that we wait in the basement parking lot B1. The point is just wait until the staff comes, it can be half an hour at the fastest or more. Ordered 2 rooms but was given only one building access card, with the excuse that it was a group. There is no receptionist, and can only communicate via wa with the admin, cannot be called. 2. The cleanliness of the room is a bit less clean like rarely cleaned, I am allergic to dust often sneeze. Room maintenance also seems to be rarely done, lots of peeling wallpaper on the walls, even the room smells like urine. The mattress is curved too. 3. When checking out, we chat with the admin, then wait for the staff to come. Worse, we don't know when the staff will come. I chat at 8.05 to say that we will check out. Admin replied, "okay mas, our staff will be there". I waited until 8.20, I chatted, "is it still long?", admin replied, "our staff is on their way there". I waited again until 8.35, I asked "mas, is it still a long time? It's been half an hour waiting", I called the admin, but they didn't pick up. On the wa profile it says chat only, no call via wa, finally I called with a regular telephone to ask for clarity on how long to wait, it was not picked up. Finally the staff showed up at 8.45. When I asked why did it take so long? , he answered working hours from 8.00 the reason was, I answered, I informed that check out was from 8 o'clock, the half hour period did not appear, the staff answered, we are cleaning, sir. I replied, "Is it true that guests are told to wait for cleaning? What if he catches a flight? If the ticket is forfeited, what do you want to change?!". He just replied, "Sorry sir". In the end, I left the staff feeling irritated because I couldn't tell what was urgent or not. 4. For those who are looking for lodging who want to rest, don't stay here, parking is very expensive, it can be tricked cheaply, but at 11.59 you go out, then at 00.01 you come in again. Because my body was tired, I finally didn't do it to go out at 00.00 so I wouldn't have to be hospitalized. In the morning, when I paid, I thought the stay was 24 hours, it turned out that I came in at 10 pm and left at 9 am, I was charged 70 thousand stays plus an hourly fee. The parking rules are very detrimental to guests. This is the worst experience of my stay so far and the staff service is very very bad and the parking facilities are the worst. Not really a recommendation to stay at the Suhat Malang apartment.
