Need to manage the suites more efficiently. Outdoor furniture wet on arrival. Suite smells upon arrival. I suggest for the price I paid for the suite things like this should be taken care of before we arrive.

This 1-year-old hotel is one of the best hotels in Uluwatu. The villa has great view and pool, and nice interior with wood accent. Very Bali feel to it. The main infinity pool is also pretty amazing. The restaurants and breakfast were ok, not super but just decent.

The facilities are very old, like a 3-star hotel, and the service attitude is good, like a 5-star hotel.
Restaurant prices are more expensive.

Booking 3 nights at the villa president, until the hotel was given a different type of villa after a new complaint was given and just checked-in at 5 pm until my children were fussy, and after complaining it turned out that only 2 nights were forced to refund 1 night and if you don't refund, give me a different type of villa, I swear it's really bad, this management is cured! NB, the first time the manager complained, he immediately offered a refund. He thought it was a matter of money or didn't think that we were far from out of town.

We need to underline that The RETREAT is the highest and most expensive Villa in our resort. But it's a shame you don't want to be upgraded to our highest and most expensive villa category. Once again, we apologize if what we have said is not acceptable and we hope that you will give us the opportunity so that we can provide better service.
