Good location. There's a supermarket and fast food restaurant just a walk away. The security was nice and attentive, can't say the same for the reception desk though. Outdated hotel. Parking is terrible. Once, we can't get off at the lobby as there's a car blocking the entryway. Definitely need to work on cleanliness, its below standards. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, the glass door was abit jammed. The water smelled really bad, as if it came from the sewer.

Have stayed before and now the service, cleanliness and completeness in the rooms are better. Only one, refill water is not provided here, so you have to buy it and in my opinion it is quite expensive because 15 thousand only gets 600 ml of small mineral water. For the others, it's really good.

The hotel is poorly maintained, poorly lit. The swimming pool is good because there is a baby pool, sometimes there is no hot water.

The rooms are not clean, the sheets are itchy, there are many small animals in the room and the bathroom has no hot water so the children don't shower well. The bathroom was also dirty. He said maintenance but it was very annoying. The employees are quick when asked to change the bed linen, but it's still uncomfortable because the body has lumps. The swimming pool is zonk, can't be used, breakfast at 8 is all cold. Food is not good, not varied. 4 star label but inn equivalent. I regret staying here, it's expensive too. The only positive point is the location near the beach, easy to find food. The rest is zero. Apologizing is also like half-hearted when complained.

Kamar luas bersih viewnya bagus, wifii dan air hangat lancar, amenities lengkap, menu breakfast bervariasi, staff juga ramah security juga sangat ramah cuma air keran asin, di koridornya agak gelap trus di ceiling ada warna hitam mungkin rembesan air. Kolam renang agak keruh kalau rutin di maintanance semua pasti lebih mantap. Thanks Royal Bay.

Overall kamar ok, bed bersih, colokan banyak, ac kamar sangat dingin. Hanya pencahayaan kurang bagus, dan tekanan air kurang kencang. Sangat perlu tambahan personil house keeping, saya nginap 3 malam 4 hari, di hari ke 2 kamar saya tak kunjung dibersihkan hingga pukul 14.30, alasannya house keeping hanya 2 orang. Saya juga harus menunggu 4 jam dan 3x menelpon reception hanya untuk mendapatkan 2 botol air mineral yang lupa mereka siapkan saat membersihkan kamar saya dihari ke 3. Kawasan lobby utama sangat panas, hanya ada kipas besar yang diarahkan ke meja receptionist

Saya menginap lagi karena dulu pernah menginap waktu nama Hotel Citadine dan bagus, kemaren menginap 3 malam di hotel ini sangat mengecewakan, kamar tidak di bersihan gelas tidak d cuci, nggak salah menginap di sana hotelnya sepi karena pelayanannya seperti itu.
