The check-in process is very fast, because they have already prepared the print out, so come, just say your name and show your ID card. The hotel room is quite comfortable, it's just that in the room I occupied there was an outdoor AC noise, coupled with a very bad Wifi connection. The condition of the furniture seems to need repair. The swimming pool is quite clean and comfortable for children. In addition, the location is very close to the west coast. For breakfast, it has the taste of a 3-star hotel standard.

The hotel consistently provides tasty food even for dinner at the restaurant. Waiting time for dinner can use some improvement though. Amenities in condotel a little bit old, the teapot needs to be replaced. Kids love the swimming pool area. Elevators should reach B3. People bring luggage through emergency stairs.

Keseluruhan hotel cukup OK, tp masukan untuk staff nya, please be more helpful lagi. Pas aku check in turunin barang banyak cuma di tontonin ajaš„². Memang sih aku bisa ask help, tapi lebih baik kalo kalian yg menawarkan.

I forgot my jacket in the bed room, and when I call the customer service, they said no jacket in the room. After some whatsapp chatting, they said the jacket wet and are laundrying. Normally, they should tell me my jacket are left, before I asked them. Also the room floor not clean, it felt like many sands.

Place is clean, surrounding was great, lot's of activity inside this hotels. Great for kids and toddler.
