The location is near Ragunan, awesome, have stayed here 4 times.

Okay, impromptu event, order in the afternoon, I asked for clean sheets because I brought a baby. 1 hour gap from the time of order I arrived at the hotel, when I entered the room I saw clean sheets and the room smelled good.

I've been here twice, it's okay, standard. The facilities are incomplete, there are no tissues.

Comfortable, but the AC is not cold enough and room 302 doesn't have a smart TV.

There are many cockroaches, aka small animals, that are their weakness.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and on the last night I was shocked when I entered the bathroom and there were traces of defecation and it wasn't flushed. I don't know if there was someone who cleaned the room, but the condition of the bed and other things didn't look like anyone had cleaned it.

Booked a suite but was given a premium room, stayed for 3 days but the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty and clogged

Maybe for the receptionist, please have a friendlier facial expression, because some people will definitely misunderstand, because the lady's face is without a smile, there is no reaction at all, apart from that, it's comfortable, guys.

The only thing lacking in the bathroom is that the water doesn't drain properly, causing flooding.

Suitable for a temporary resting place. Not suitable for days because I stayed 3d2n in a fixed room so there was no room service. The sheets were already dirty with shoe stains when they arrived. Didn't get toothpaste and toothbrush. The floor was dirty and filthy. Please fix it again for customer comfort. Thanks.

The place is awful. If you have any standards whatsoever avoid this place and all other red doors hotels. Upon arrival it looked fine enough but entering the room revealed horrors. Blood stains on bed and wall, other types of stains everywhere, and generally really grubby. Combined with this lack of cleanliness was the worst abomination of them all-cockroaches. As I opened the bathroom to inspect, a roach ran across the shower wall, with others scurrying around the toilet seat. Like WHAT. We were offered other rooms but ultimately they proved to be just as abhorrent. You'd never stick your worst enemy in this place. Don't be fooled by the low price unless you have lower expectations.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel environment, easy access to the location, comfortable rooms but not many TV channels, clean bathroom but needs some repairs such as the door handle, towel hanger, and sink faucet are not installed properly.
