Kamar mandinya agak kurang bersih, pintu wc nya rusak, jadi tidak bisa dikunci. Lemari pakaiannya agak kotor, banyak debu rokok. AC nya dingin. Untuk lokasi dekat dengan Stasiun Malang.

I got a room that was 90 thousand last night, the room was freshly painted so it still smells of paint. But with that price, what can I expect.

Comfortable enough to rest, take a warm shower, clean. Unfortunately, because it was full, we upgraded the remaining 1 room. I don't know why the application still continues to accept bookings. The result was that at night the guests got angry with the hotel, I woke up because of the noise for a long time so I couldn't sleep again.

The size of the room is small like a boarding house. The blanket smells, like it hasn't been washed. Either the owner or the receptionist employee is cheating, until they get there they are charged again at half the price of the booking on the grounds that a different room is better or better even though the size and facilities are the same as the others.

Pelayanan: baik, keyamanan: baik, keamanan: baik. Fasilitas ok, hanya saja kekurangan sedikit: tidak ada lemari baju dan capstok di kamar (capstock baju hanya terdapat di kamar mandi). Secara keseluruhan baik. Harganya pun murah 100.000 rupiah.

Sudah payment 2 kamar, aktual sampe lokasi hanya dapat 1 kamar. Dengan alasan saya dapat harga murah. Padahal harga sesuai aplikasi 😂 Akhirnya saya dikasih 2 kamar sesuai pesanan, tapi dengan catatan menambah payment sebesar 180 ribu 😂 Nah, udah dapat kamar tuh, tapi sayang pintu kamar mandinya rusak jadi gabisa ditutup rapat 🥹. Saran, jika memang harga tidak sesuai dimohon untuk owner melakukan update berkala, agar tidak ada dusta diantara kita ☺

Ukuran kamar kecil seperti kos-kosan. Selimut bau, seperti tidak dicuci. Entah pemilik atau karyawan recepsionistnya sangat curang sekali, sampai di sana ditarif lagi setengah harga dari harga pemesanan dengan alasan kamarnya berbeda lebih bagus ini itu padahal sama saja ukuran dan fasilitasnya dengan yang lain.
