I really enjoyed my stay at La Macca Hotel. The location of the hotel is very strategic and the cleanliness of the rooms is also good.

The cleanliness of the hotel is decent, the receptionist is also friendly, san on is very helpful, but just a little advice. Because here there are no toiletries provided at least electricity for brewing tea?

Too quiet for the size of the hotel, the receptionist at that time was not in place so it took a little longer to be served for check-in, hopefully it will be more professional.

The price is very affordable according to the facilities, okay, the cold air conditioner in the bathroom is also comfortable. But when I checked in I almost couldn't because I had a bit of a debate with the receptionist, so I should have clarified again, okay. But luckily, yesterday I was still given a room.

Toiletries, which apparently had to be asked for first, only to find out when they wanted to check out. And there is only soap/shampoo. The toilet room door is also not good.

The toilet is dirty, the room smells of cigarettes and the sheets are not replaced, other facilities are hidden, if they are not requested then they are not given many times, new complaints are given, blankets and tv remote, very inconsistent with OYO standards.

The water is not running, the bed smells bad, the bathroom door is broken. You will be fined 50 thousand for checking out per hour. just not really comfortable.
