We feel that the guy in the front office does not give good welcome to the guests and not polite at all and the worst services was provided. They charge additional cost for our kids who not stated in booking statement. We also should waiting so long in the hotel lobby, when this guy check our booking. The budget hotel but not recommended at all, if you looking for better services don't ever book this hotel!

The voucher cannot be used because I want to check in at 10 pm the door is locked and no one is inside.

Unlike in the photo, hot water can't be the room is less clean. Basically, the photo and the reality are very different.

The service is good. It just happened to be given a room that leaked. The water seeps from the bathroom. Second room from the end on the 2nd floor.

The rooms are smelly, dirty, shabby, there is no car park, the staff is not friendly, the bathroom is not clean, only 1 television channel can be seen.
