Check-in terlalu lama, masa ngecek gitu aja mau setengah jam lebih, padahal sudah booking 2 hari sebelumnya. Untuk hotel kelas bintang 3, kamar perlu dibuat lebih modern lagi karena masih terasa nuansa kunonya kurang sesuai dengan nama hotelnya 'New Hollywood' yang seharusnya modern.

Kecewa dengan hotel ini, pelayanannya tidak ramah, saya dan suami lama menunggu konfirmasi pemesanan kamar, padahal sudah dikonfirmasi perihal ketersediaan kamar, seharusnya kalau memang menunggu tolong dikonfirmasi berapa lama kami akan menunggu, pelayanan tidak sesuai standart dan saat diberikan kamar, kamar dengan kondisi yang kurang bagus, wallpaper sobek-sobek, lantai terasa berdebu, setelah check in dan baru masuk kamar kami langsung check out, pihak hotel menawarkan kamar baru tapi kami sudah terlanjur kecewa saat dilayani direceptionist dan makin kecewa saat melihat kamar, hotel bintang 3 dengan harga 350 tapi dengan kualitas 150, saya tidak akan balik lagi ke hotel ini.

Kamar saya 217, saya check in jam 2, setelah masuk kamar saya turun ke lobby nanya kamar non smoking, ternyata tidak ada, sumpah kamarnya bau dan kotor. Saya tidak jadi menginap.

Very bad hotel, it's in my blacklist now. To start off, receptionist didn't get my booking from app, had to wait 20 mins for him to search during check in. My booking included breakfast, but was not allowed to have one, as receptionist said it was not included. There's only 1 available elevator. Room was rather dirty, smelly, and run down. Had to wait 15 mins for check out, as the receptionist unable to reach the other staff to verify my room was left in good condition. With 500+k per night, many other much better hotels to stay.

Dirty, over-used, and low standard rooms. Loud music from bar until 2am disturbed my sleep. Social Brasserie has friendly staff, good atmosphere and decent food for Pekanbaru. Not recommend staying here.
