The room is spacious and the monument view is pretty. The additional package for kids is great with the teepee and all. The special treatment for birthday is also great. Location is also quite convenient with good restaurants options are in a walking distance.

The room is clean and luxurious, the service is very satisfying with the staff being very helpful. Thank's for the birthday surprise for my wife that exceeded my expectations. The Mandarin Oriental gave me a great staycation experience, and we hope to stay there again.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Stayed at room 1309 - the views wasn't the best but the natural lighting was exceptional! Very comfy bed, spacious room, amazing bathroom (they have the WC in a separate room) especially the bath tub, tho the lighting in vanity area can be improved. Breakfast was okay, had to wait for a while because it was full but the server was very quick and helpful. We checked the pool but decided not to swim because it was pretty small. The gym seems to be good tho. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Truly awesome hotel for short staycation. The staffs are very friendly and respected the guests every time we passes by. Special thanks for housekeeping team, Ahmad & Reza, for giving warmly welcome note when we checked in. Front office lady also helped us to have late check out. The concierge was also helped whenever we have food package from outside. Thanks a lot for all staffs, definitely memorable staycation!

Nice hotel with stunning view of the HI roundabout from my bedroom, quick check-in and friendly welcome, there is a car park, it's just that there is no valet parking attendant, so getting down from the parking a bit far to the lobby is quite entertained with a hallway full of nice paintings, decent breakfast, room the service is also delicious, the food, the swimming pool although small is quite good, the gym is also complete even though you have to order in advance. The pastries are delicious. Close to mrt sudirman, also Grand Indonesia Mall.

My husband & I are very satisfied and happy to choose a babymoon at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. All the staff are very very friendly, especially Ms. Kezya, Ms. Tami & Mas Farhan. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean, and decorated with a babymoon which is very cute and very surprising, given 2x cake (in the room & at breakfast). The pillows in the bathroom bathtub are very relaxing. If you want a staycation & be pampered with excellent service, maybe this hotel can be said to be the hotel that has the best service in Jakarta.

Amazing experience. Friendly service, if you can't check in, you can go to the restaurant and get a free drink. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are extraordinary.
