Alhamdulillah, my family and I really enjoyed staying at the Luminor Hotel. The room interior is nice, the food is delicious and there are lots of choices. All staff are very friendly. Fast check in process. Housekeeping is also very alert. The officers at the pool were also very informative. Looks like I will stay here often. Thank you.

Staying at a hotel that has just opened in Bogor this time, so the plus point is that the ambience is modern & minimalist, the furniture is new so it still feels fresh & clean. From a very strategic location because it is close to Botani Square Mall & the toll gate so everywhere is close. Some suggestions for hotel management: - The car parking space is very limited, especially on weekends. - The rooms are okay, but they still smell a bit like dust from the renovation, so please improve them. - Facilities such as the swimming pool, there are still very few seats & there is no pool Boy is on standby to provide pool towels if we want to swim. - For the restaurant, the taste of the food is okay, delicious, only the time to refill the food which is finished is quite long and should be improved again. just do the job & stay flat. With a rate of around 900k for weekends, I think there are still many improvements that can be made by hotel management.

Hotel operations are still running well because there are still facilities that have not been opened, for example the gym. Staff friendliness is still very minimal & tends to be lacking, especially in the restaurant area. Room cleanliness must also be improved. The taste of food & menus should be improved and more varied.

Selalu menyenangkan staycation di Luminor Bogor, kamar bersih (hotel baru) dan mudah-mudahan tetap di pertahankan ya. Seluruh staff sangat ramah, staff-staff di resto juga. Dengan varian menu breakfast yang beragam dan rasanya juga enak-enak. Hospitality sangat baik. Saran saya, mungkin bisa di pertimbangkan untuk poolnya, airnya dijadikan air hangat mengingat kota Bogor terasa dingin udaranya terutama untuk swimming pool yang berada di rooftop. Semua nya sangat bagus.👍, lokasi OK banget (depan mall botanic square), kolam berenangnya sangat bagus (berada di atas dan bisa lihat view pegunungan dan kota. Kalau malam duduk-duduk di area kolam berenang wah keren banget sih, lihat lampu-lampu di kota. Super keren., dan breakfast nya mantap semua nya👍. Pokoknya keren semua👍👍
