I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

the stay experience was quite okay, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the wifi was fast, the food at breakfast was also delicious, but unfortunately it was not very varied. please pay attention to the bathroom + shower room near the swimming pool, the water channel does not flow properly so the water stagnates 👍

So far, it's been very comfortable here. In the future, maybe the check-in time can be faster. I had to wait for check-in for about 1 hour from the check-in time. Maybe because I booked a lot of rooms.

Stayed in a deluxe room, the place is comfortable and spacious, the interior is a bit old but the completeness of the amenities and room facilities are really good. Already using a smart TV. There is also a sofa bed so no need to add an extra bed. The view is pretty good, the higher the floor the more fun. The children's play facilities are really great for this price. Only some of the breakfasts are cold but the breakfast is also kids friendly and has many variations.

The food tastes plain. To check in, you have to queue for 30 minutes because there are only 2 staff. The water in the bathroom smells really bad. The mattress is also dirty. There are really long nails in the swimming pool and the ceramics at the bottom of the pool are coming off so it's really dangerous if it hits your feet.

booked deluxe queen but got twin. the room size is spacious but it does look like an "old" hotel. stains on the table, even on the cups provided. for the price of 1.2 million (it turned out that at that time the hotel was full because there were several events). totally not worth it

It sure lives up to its tag of being a kid's friendly hotel. Lots of activities for kids, breakfast was decent with varied choices for kids and adults. Swimming pools was great, if only the staff did more strict about no-smoking rules; a few adults were smoking nearby the pool which was a big no. In addition to that, room was dirty and obviously needed maintenance as the technician needed to enter and changed one of the lightbulb with boots and ladders on.. smh But that being said, no more complaints as the price is reasonable and good location, too, from where we live.
