The room was quite spacious for a studio, it was clean and maintained well. It was quite crowded when we went to check-in (it was a holiday season), but the staff worked efficient so we didn't have to wait for too long to get to our room. Some parts of hotel seemed rather old, but it didn't really detract from the good experience. Overall, it was a great experience to stay at Kristal Hotel.

I stay at 3 bedroom suite. Good place to stay with my family in Jakarta Selatan. The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities also kid friendly.
