When I want to check in people is complaining and check out directly due to room is dirty and very bad as they said. Once I check in it is indeed very not proper the management taking care the room. It is very bad experience to stay in here.

I have stayed at John's Pardede International Hotel for 4 days, starting from 20-24 December 2023. The hotel is good and the price is also affordable, even relatively cheap with good interior facilities and service. Hopefully this hotel will progress and develop in the future.

Hotel dengan nuansa tua, begitu juga dengan furniturenya, benar-benar jadul. Sebenernya hotelnya nyaman & enak banget, tapi beberapa ada minusnya.(-) minus. 1. Siaran TV lokal gak lengkap, hanya 4 channel TV lokal. 2. Colokan kurang memadai. 3. Termos gak berfungsi, cuma pajangan aja gak bisa dipakai rebus air. 4. Gak ada kulkas, padahal di aplikasi ada fasilitas kulkas. 5. Parkiran outdoor rawan panas & hujan. Selebihnya it's oke lah.

Berada di lokasi yang sangat strategis, hotel dengan nuansa dialek Medan ini cukup oke. Fasilitas di kamar mantap, walau ada beberapa yang nampak cukup tua ya, misalnya water heater disediakan di kamar tetapi tidak bisa digunakan karena rusak. Ada jendela dengan view luar dan konsep toiletnya sangat asyik bersama pasangan.
