It's good enough to rest, but it would be better to improve the service (even though I was helped to carry my bag to the room), such as not playing games and just sitting around when there are guests. Please do not underestimate guests. Still using the stairs, so I'm a bit tired after being outside all day and then having to go up to the 3rd floor hoo. The condition of the room may also be checked for cleanliness and that the facilities are functioning properly, before receiving guests. When it arrived it was very noisy because it seemed like it was being repaired. Well, hopefully after that everything will be better. Thank You.

Previously, I've never given bad reviews to any place or service, even if it's bad, but this is a really great place, the air conditioner isn't cold! Lots of dust on the windows, smelly curtains, peeling walls, but they really don't take care! In the photo there are towels but no towels are provided! When I asked for a towel, the towel came, it was really dirty! Broken tiles only on the carpet patch! The bath mat was not replaced even though it was wet as if it had been used! Very bad place! Even though it's a 1-star hotel, the place is really not worth it! I really want to cry because the tmt is an old building and looks horrible! I want to move tmt but it's late and it's raining! It's really wrong not to see the previous review because I was in a hurry to order! So sad that it sucks! Please really renovate the hotel and repair it again. Really love! Like no care! If the staff is friendly, mas, who takes care of the hot water at night, it's still working, that's good!

When you enter, you feel the smell of dust, if the window could be opened it might be better for air circulation. The floor is broken so if you step on it you will hear the creaking of the tiles. The bathroom, please help improve cleanliness to brush it to make it cleaner and suggestions for explaining the lights. The lock is a little stuck. Towels please be provided. Sorry, we immediately checked out and looked for another hotel.

Sungguh sayang sekali hotel yang sangat strategis tapi minim perawatan, banyak sekali keluhan kami, saya ambil 2 kamar untuk 3d2n. Yang kamar saya tempatin no 302 kesetnya keadaan basah waktu awal mula masuk, AC nya ga dingin dan tida bisa dimatiin, blower ga fungsi, kamar mandi flush nya ga kenceng sama yang buat cebok ga kenceng, pintu kamar mandi ga bisa di tutup, selimut kotor padahal warna putih dan ada bercak darah, alhasil tidur beli selimut baru, gorden rusak, tembok merekat, paling parahnya kasurnya ambles rusak jadi kami harus benerin sendiri. Untuk kamar ke 2 kami permasalahannya di AC ga dingin terus lampu ga mau nyala alhasil harus pindah kamar ke 305, pindah kamar pun rupanya sama saja, kamar bau AC ga dingin, tv rusak, water heater ga fungsi, kasurnya juga rusak bad banget

Not rekomend terutama untuk lansia, kalau pesan online selalu dapet kamar di lantai 3, kamar dan kamar mandi kotor dan bau, sprei seperti ga diganti. Kesan hotel horor terutama di lorong-lorongnya.
