The lobby is normal but the room is clean, the toilet is clean and the water is swift. well-maintained rooms at affordable prices, welcoming and friendly service, the location is very strategic, the cinde market is very close. Plaza and the mall just walk. Walk to the Ampera Bridge. very close to the Cinde LRT station, directly to the sultan mamud badaruddin airport.

The bathroom light was off, the toilet water was off, the TV remote battery was dead. That's the drawback, please repair for the future the rest is delicious. Strategic location, quite satisfying service.

The service is very unsatisfactory, the employees are disrespectful, the place is dirty and smelly, sleep on the itching may be the mattress has never been cleaned. I can't even borrow towels, have to pay again, anyway I don't want to step on that hotel again!
