The hotel is very old but fortunately the room is clean. You better ask for room at 2nd floor as the rooms in 1st floor are dark and smell humid.

there is no wifi coverage for building on 2nd Floor. service was good, breakfast is so-so. Dead pixel on TV screen, the air is not cold enough coming from Air Conditioner.

almost whole the staff were no greet at all, unfriendly, no assistant to help us brought the luggage through the staircase as the bedroom was located on the second floor and no telephone was available inside the bedroom, compliment water based on request ( it's ridiculous they didn't provide inside the room ), AC is not working at all, the temperature inside the room was very hot, extra bed is too small and too thin to be layed down.. please improve the human resources to greet the guest and offer to give assistance without they were asking.
