Had to burn out 1 night due to plane delays, a bit of a shame. Booked 3 can only be used 2 nights. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, there is a pool, there is still no gym available so the exercise is jogging in the morning around the hotel. Thank you Santika Premier Lampung

For a newly operating hotel, the service, facilities, exterior and interior are satisfactory. The breakfast menu is very varied, with delicious taste. It's just that all the hotel buildings are not yet finished. For management, ask for help to provide rinse/saline facilities for the pool. It's a little unsightly to return to your room wet and still in your swimsuit. Also coincidentally, I got a room where the top of the couch was a little too late to be cleaned of dust by the roomboy. Overall, satisfied. 5 stars for the review. I want to go back to staycation here again 👍.

Pengalaman pertama minep disantika hotel bintang 4, pertama dari loaksi hotel bagus, staf-stafny ramah, fasilitas kamar ok, kasur bantal seprei sangat empuk dan nyaman sekali, Smart TV juga besar semua udah lengkap, untuk menu sarapan enak-enak apalagi roti-roti, kue2nya juara, cuma masih banyak kekurangan nya mungkin karena hotel baru semoga bisa jadi masukan buat pengelola hotel, kamarnya masih terdengar kebisingan, yang nangis bayi yang orang ngobrol masih terdengar berisik, saya di lantai 7, kolam renang di lantai 5 itu suara berisik sampe ke kamar hotel, jadi bagi yang butuh ketenangan dan kenyamanan, pastinya terganggu sekali, trus diarea lorong-lorong hotel mau masuk kamar, seperti berasa mau masuk kamar-kamar kosa-kosaan atau lorong gedung ksong ya, karena lantainya belum dikasih karpet gak seperti hotel bintang 4 lain pd umumnya, terus kotor pasir debu, tidak ada tambahan hiasaan lukisan-lukisan didinding lorong jadi serasa pengap, cb ditambah juga musik instrumen lampung biar menambah kesan tersendiri, trus dari kolam renang ok bagus, cba sediakan meja-meja beberpa buat orang berenang buat meletakan barang-barang pengunjung agar nyaman saat berenang, ini cuma kursi-kursi aja trus mana naro narang mna buat duduk, ini masukan aja ya, mungkin mereka apa masih kekurangan personilnya, semoga ke depannya santika hotel semuanya lebih baik lagi, jadi orang-orang yang pernah minep bisa berkunjung kembali, terima kasih

Kolam renangnya karena kedalamannya 1.2m jadi terlalu dalam untuk anak-anak, gak ada fasilitas untuk anaknya sedangkan mayoritas yang renang tadi anak-anak semua 😂. Ada kolam kecil kayak kolam renang fleksibel yang bisa bongkar pasang itu mungkin gak dalem tapi anak-anak gak ada yang kesana karena kecil banget kaya kolam ikan.

Hotelnya dari luar bagus, lobby bagus, kamar untuk yang saya tempati lumayan sempit, yang bikin gak nyaman tempat mandi sama wc 1 pintu yang untuk gantian gitu jadi kalo nutup tempat mandi yang wc ke buka, gitu sebaliknya jadi kurang nyaman. Di kamar gak ada hairdryer, sarapan variatif, anak di atas 7 tahun sarapan berbayar, staff lobby sama satpam the best ramahnya, bellboy kurang sigap untuk bawain koper, staff lain kalo papasan di jalan bawaannya kurang nyaman mungkin karena saya orang lokal jadi ngeliatinnya kayak risih gitu merekanya 🫣 tapi recommended ini hotel karena bawahnya mall.

Pelayanan minus, handuk baru jorok dan kotor, padahal hotel masi baru, breakfast di restoran panas, dari semua pernah menginap sekian banyak hotel baru ketemu Santika Premiere Lampung yang mengecewalan sekali.
