Comfortable, friendly service, cheap. There is a bathtub too. Overall it's really good if you want to find something cheap and comfortable. The suggestion is that maybe the outside of the parks can be improved again so that it is more aesthetic. 👍.

Hotel yang cukup homey, buffet breakfast menunya tidak banyak variasi, tapi rasanya enakk. Harga extrabed 200k, harga breakfast tambahan 55k/orang (anak-anak di bawah 5 tahun gratis), untuk omelet, tidak ada stand tapi bisa langsung order. Tapi nunggunya agak lama (mungkin karena banyak yang antri).

Overall cukup puas stay di sini 😁salah satu hotel legend di Malang dan deket stasiun. Booking tipe Deluxe king yang ada bathubnya (kalau yang tipe Superior kata petugasnya tanpa bathtub). Saya dapetnya di kamar 206 di gedung yang bagian belakang. Kamar cukup bersih, AC dingin, wifi lancar. Air panas awalnya kurang panas dan bermasalah aliran airnya, tapi malam hari jam 10an sudah lancar setelah ditangani petugas jadi cocok buat berendam di bathtub. Sarapan cukup enak meskipun kurang variasi. Saran: channel TV tolong ditambahkan karena isinya cuman channel lokal aja, lantai kamar mandi tolong lebih bersih lagi, kamar bisa lebih detail dibersihkan karena masih ada sedikit debu di meja, air panas lebih baik dibuat 24 jam. Intinya next time kalo main ke malang tetap akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini untuk stay, semoga bisa lebih baik lagi 👍👏 Terima kasih

Senang menginap di sini, walaupun sudah bangunan lama tapi masih sangat² terawat, semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik, stafnya ramah² mas dibagian parkir sangat² cekatan menata parkir. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota.

Liburan lebaran, nginep 8 harian di Montana, suasana tenang tapi tetep di pusat kota, dekat Tugu. Parkir mudah, aman sebelah Kodim Malang, nasi goreng depan Kodim juga enak, mau shalat di Masjid Ahmad Yani juga tinggal jalan dikit. Sesuai antara harga dan fasilitas.

Hotel yang lumayan tua. Untuk fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap. Hanya saja untuk di wc nya sedikit harus diperbaiki. Banyak yang kotor dan rapuh. Lumayan lah.

Gagang pintu kamar sudah rusak, alhasil saya harus hati-hati ketika membukanya, Waktu sarapan molor dari yang ditentukan. Akhirnya ya terpaksa melewatkan sarapan 🥲. Nilai plusnya perlengkapan mandi lengkap banget, semuanya dikasih double, kamarnya luas. Masih ada space buat sholat.

Pesen room yang deluxe breakfast dikasih room yang menurut saya jauh dri kata deluxe bahkan kulkas aja gak ada padahal biasa pesen dapet room yang sesuai dan ada kulkasnya apa room 228 room deluxe? Padahal udah langganan di Montana 1 bulan bisa 2/3 kali nginep sini. Apalagi sama cs yang cewek sangat amat jutek, beda ama cs cowok. Bakal gak nginep lagi di sini masih banyak hotel di Malang yang pelayanannya jauh lebik baik dari Montana.
