This has always been my go to hotel for staycation. The pool is kid friendly, the breakfast is topnotch and they have direct connection to Ciputra Mall. Neverthless to say, the staffs are also friendly and very helpful. My kid lost his sandal and the house keeping men helped me to find it.

Sudah kesekian kali nya menginap disini. Staff nya ramah, sopan, kamar hotel yang bersih. Dekat shopping mall. Breakfast nya banyak variasi nya dan staff nya banyak membantu.

Choose this hotel for business trip also for our visitor from China. They have a great location with connecting door to the mall, make our guest happy to find anything there. The staff (Ms. Lala) help me through all check in process flawlessly and the duty manager (Ms. Erika) also very friendly.
