Hotel Cemerlang Baturaden

The mattress was very smelly, the pillows smelled, the floor was not cleaned, very uncomfortable.

Doesn't live up to its name. Condition not maintained.

The location of the hotel is strategic but seems dirty, poorly maintained, dirty rooms, sheets never seem to be replaced. Hopefully in the future it can be fixed.

There is no parking for the motorbike itself, it's a bit scary to leave the motorcycle behind.

The room is pretty clean but unfortunately when I stayed there checked out the cell phone left and we returned to the room again the room was cleaned mas2 still in the room & didn't admit cellphone if there was a cellphone but after I checked it turns out the cellphone wrapped in a blanket was really disappointing 🙏

Room disappointing, no hot water, just no bottled water.

The hotel is of poor quality as a comfortable, spooky hotel and minimal facilities. The hotel courtyard area is a mess like it will be built, surrounded by uninhabited and unkempt buildings, dark and spooky.

Cleanliness of the place is less noticed.

Room cleanliness is lacking, hot water in the bathroom can't, the room smells musty, there are lots of ants in the corner of the room, it's a bit haunted.

The location of this inn is actually strategic. It's just unfortunate, the inn is still messy & dark where it's still under renovation. The condition of the room even though it was in a new but uncomfortable building. Rooms & toilets are less clean. modest toilet facilities. The cable in the room is still dangling. This is more worthy of being called a guesthouse. with the prices offered by the application not worth the expectation. We don't stay & move to other hotels which are much better & cheaper compared to this inn. Although we must not lose money for 2 rooms. Supposedly the hotel condition is still in disarray, the price offered must be more logical (not being able to have breakfast again). Initially chose this hotel because it was not planned to stay at Batu Raden. It turns out even though during the holidays, there are still other hotels that match expectations, good, starry & much cheaper than this inn.

Very bad, the hotel is ugly, facilities are incomplete, I have moved rooms and have to add costs.

The hotel staff is friendly, just when we wait we are not told to sit down.

Suitable for holidays, comfortable, spacious parking.

Good view but the service is not good, there is no hot water but my order matches the price offered by King VIP but it is not appropriate. thanks.

The spacious room is comfortable with warm water, if you go to Purwokerto you want to go back to stay at a brilliant hotel.

Cool atmosphere, good, there is warm water, beautiful views, comfortable rooms.

Hot water is dead, the towel is not clean because of a lot of stain, the road to the room through the road access that is used for the washing machine and there are still employees washing is a bit disturbed.

The bed was very unsatisfactory because the sheets and blankets smelled and itchy like they had not been replaced.

What is certain is that staying at this hotel is very comfortable when I stay, and certainly not going to starve.
