It was supposed to be 6 hours stay, but after just 2 hours, they already started making a lot of distracting noise, making me uncomfortable to stay longer.

The hotel is dirty, it doesn't match what is in the picture, the service is very lacking, the receptionist sleeps, I booked for 3 days, it turns out the room is for short time so my booking through the application becomes 1 day 6 hours, I canceled my stay and switched to another hotel, please if you include it in the application loads real photos and the hotel employees look rather neat.

Saya memesan untuk 1 malam tetapi setelah sampai dan akan check in ternyata pembayaran itu hanya untuk 6 jam dan saya harus membayar lagi sebesar 250,000 untuk sampai 1malam. Dan tidak ada penjelasan dari pihak hotel. Sangat kecewa tidak sesuai dengan harga yang di tampilkan.

Nice room. Good facilities. Only when we enter we are asked to add a fee via incoming email after ordering. I thought 256 was for 1 day from 2 to 12 but in fact, until the hotel was told that price was only 6 hours, how come until 12 noon there was an additional 200 thousand. So I was disappointed because when I ordered the hotel it was not written for 6 hours, thank you.
