Very disappointing, even though we choose an outside bathroom, at least 2 towels are given, why only 1, right, we choose a twin bed mattress. We know the price is cheap, BUT THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THE HOSPITALITY WORLD. This is the first and last time. Thank you Hopefully it's fixed.

The hotel is good, comfortable, according to the price, but for a male receptionist it is more suitable to work as an internet cafe operator, because checking in a hotel feels like adding billing at the cafe, thanks for a good female receptionist.

1. service seems arrogant and unclear. 2. the plate piled up and the glass was not washed and there was no soap for washing dishes and glasses (003 thousand) 303 303 did not have a toilet so if you want to take a shower queue 4. The water dispenser runs out if you call the owner no. 5. rooms are not good and have no plugs

The rooms are comfortable, the location is not far from the tourist center, not too close. It is more comfortable because the atmosphere is quite calm when compared to the center of Bukittinggi tourist center.
