Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA WAHID HASYIM, an IHG Hotel

The location is very strategic, close to Sarinah Building. It's also quite close to Grand Indonesia Mall. I love the view from my room too. The room not really spacey but clean. Breakfast menus not really special. The menu choices are not too many, but the taste is pretty good.

This hotels has great location and awesome service

- Check in time is super late despite it was already 4pm. I still had to wait for about 30mins since the room was not ready (check in time is at 2 pm, at 4pm the room wasn't ready?). Other guest (family group) were also shouting angrily because their room were not ready. If that is not possible to fulfill the request, better not to put the option for the request.- The room was not as I expected, it's on 3rd floor despite my request to have higher floor with better view.- The rug is dirty, kindda coffee stain and guest's hair iewhh.- the self service laundry is not free, and it is not informed at the description at Traveloka apps while it is stated as hotel facilities.

This is the 3rd time, yes, a staycation at this hotel, the reason is with Sarinah and in the center of Jakarta. This check process waited 10 minutes and was directed to room 0225, the room is not too big but according to my expectations. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really good, everywhere. Breakfast is so so, because it's a bit uncomfortable if there are too many people (become introverted) Will come here again.

The first experience of staying at this hotel, for a very strategic location, comfortable sleep, clean rooms, sufficient room size, for breakfast it is delicious and suitable for the breakfast menu, maybe it is necessary to pay attention to the refrigerator in our room, it is not cold at all, just turns on, the rest is good this hotel, thank you.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express because it's in the city center, close to everywhere so it's convenient, but Saturday 29/04/23 I couldn't get the key after 15.25, even the next room for the new children was around 16.00. Even after asking back and forth. The connecting door couldn't be opened, I asked for help to open it, it took a long time, it happened that a room service employee was cleaning the next room so he asked for help, finally after he struggled, the door could be opened. Food for breakfast is not as usual, many menus are reduced. Hopefully next time it's like before. Yesterday was really disappointed
