My stay was amazing, we booked several rooms for my family and held our matrimony at a venue near the hotel, so it ' s very convenient. The staff was also very helpful and considerate. Entertainment in the room was a little bit lacking or just OK in general but covered by the connection to the mall so we were not bored in our free time. I will come back again if I have an occasion in the vicinity.

The location is satisfactory, being close to a small mall-Sedayu Green Mall. The service provided by the hotel staff is excellent. The hot shower functions well, although there is an issue with the sink drainage, resulting in a slight flooding of the bathroom floor after showering. Housekeeping overlooked replenishing the shower gel, leaving me without soap on my final day of stay. It would be beneficial if they could conduct a thorough check during the daily cleaning service. Overall is a nice stay for location that is not that far to airport and surrounding areas a lot of eateries.

I experience best breakfast ever, food is tasty, the choice is excellent also there is one staff, Noel make best machiatto ever. Ala class. Perfecto. Would like to experience more. Even though upon check in reception promise me to have Daan Mogot view from my room, as I requested, but I did not get that as I expected and the room can not be change.

It was an okay experience, I waited for about 45 mins to get my room done, there is only 1 towel in the room and it smells like cigarettes, I was so disappointed at first, but I tried to understand, so I ask housekeeping to send me a new ones, but overall it was a good stay!
