Our New Year's Eve here was very enjoyable, the service was very good, the rooms were very spacious and clean, we are very comfortable spend nights in here and the facility is very complete. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and my child refused to go home. Staying here is highly recommended. I hope the quality and maintenance will always maintained well and we will definitely come back here often.

The second experience of staying here, with a different type of room, namely the studio type. It's just as comfortable as the other room types. There are only a few facilities that are different. This type of studio is really enough for you alone. From previously complaining about problems with the restaurant, now for the second time having breakfast here the taste is already good and has improved even though the breakfast menu is not large enough and the buffet is still less varied. Overall, always happy to stay here. The service is really good.

The service is very satisfying. The staff are all friendly and alert. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern design, shower water is strong + fast, but why is the drain in the toilet a bit smelly? The semi indoor swimming pool is quite adequate, there are gym facilities too. Breakfast is quite varied but in terms of taste it can't be said to be special. Easy access to malls and supermarkets. Many culinary choices around the hotel. What I like most is the big refrigerator, super cold, you can refill mineral water in front of the room. I'd like to stay here again sometime. Looking for a 4 star staycation place in the BSD area, but most of them are fully booked. But I found something that suits your budget at Herloom Residence. Incidentally, the hotel is still very new. The prices are still affordable, because they are still soft opening. The grand opening happens to be this October 15th, oh yes, this hotel is a semi-apartment like that. And part of the JHL Group, a hotel in Gading Serpong. The hotel is combined with Cartenz Mall, which recently opened and went viral because of its interior. The lobby is really nice. The service is friendly. But the downside is that the place to check in is too narrow, so you can imagine that if it's busy, the lobby will definitely be full and cramped. Coincidentally, when I checked in it was quite late so it was quiet. The service is friendly, the explanations are quite clear, you can get free parking if you bring a vehicle. Oh, this hotel implements a system, if you order via the travel app, make sure you enter the correct number of guests. I happened to be staying with two people, but according to the application I didn't apply for 2 people, so only one person per room. So they count the same as breakfast and all hotel amenities provided only for one person. It was quite surprising, because usually one room is for two people, right? Here I ordered a one bedroom premiere queen room, very spacious for two people. Because this is a semi-apartment hotel, the facilities are complete inside. There is a living room, with a Samsung smart TV that seems to be 50 inches, there are two ACs, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, and adequate cooking and eating utensils. The mattress is super duper comfortable! The room is clean, smells good and the interior is really cute! The bathroom is really nice, the amenities are complete, the towels are nice and soft, the toilet is nice, even with the echo washer, a really good point. There is a jet sprayer, that's really good! The lighting in the room is really good. The view from the 21st floor room is amazing ✨. Oh yes, all the facilities in the room can be used properly, you can wash and cook and the refrigerator functions well. It seems like there's only one drawback in this room, there's no mirror in the room or room, there's only a DJ in the bathroom hehe. Continuing to breakfast, because of my mistake I didn't include 2 guests in the application, so the hotel only provided breakfast for one, the rest was paid at IDR 150,000, actually it's not really expensive to pay enough for a breakfast that doesn't have much variety. The main course was all salty, inedible. I got dizzy because of the saltiness, and the rice was dry and couldn't be eaten. I've had time to complain directly too. For two days the food remained salty. The pastry is delicious, that's all. Because the food doesn't really vary. The restaurant is also not that big, but the interior is really nice. Overall staying here is really good. But it's best not to go without breakfast. It's not worth it, it's better to cook in your room, or buy it from an online motorbike taxi or go downstairs to the mall. That's all. Thank You.
